MARYLAND TAMU LICENSE PLATES

The club has voted to use this as a fund raiser to eventually support an A&M scholarship, similar to other A&M clubs.  The one-time MVA fee for a license plate is $25 and the club is suggesting members make a $25 donation to the scholarship.  The contribution to the scholarship fund is optional but highly encouraged.  The club feels it is important to start this long term endeavor be able to give back to the community and school by supporting students from the Maryland area who wish to attend Texas A&M by offsetting the out of state tuition.  Your support is greatly appreciated.
You must have one application for each vehicle you wish to register.  Currently plates are only available for cars and trucks.  We must have a minimum of 25 requests for motorcycle plates before the MVA will issue them.  - Leeha Herrera '99

There are two ways to get your LP application: a) come to Club function or b) use the following:

Steps:
1. Please send a $25.00 check for the scholarship fund to Ed. Detwiler along w/the name and address of the vehicle owner. Make checks payable to
"Scholarship Association of the Texas A&M Club of Maryland” .  If you have any questions you may call Ed at 443-623-6129.
